How we made our 12 desks work better with recurring shift plans and Easy Space

Before Easy Space

I run Espai Groc in Valencia, a coworking space with 12 desks. Since we are a small space, every desk matters. Before Easy Space, we were managing things manually, and it was creating more problems than it should.

A lot of our desks were only being used for half the day. Some people wanted a morning plan, others wanted an afternoon plan, but we did not have a clean way to structure that as recurring memberships. That meant some desks were not being fully used, even when there was demand.

There was also too much manual work. Keeping track of plans, handling bookings, and making sure the right desk was assigned at the right time took more effort than it should. We also had double bookings from time to time, which is a big issue when you only have 12 desks.

After the switch

We needed a better system that matched how people actually wanted to use the space.

After switching to Easy Space in March 2026, we were able to offer recurring morning and afternoon plans for the same desk. That gave us a much better way to use the space without adding more desks.

Easy Space also made subscriptions and payments easier to manage through Stripe. Instead of handling so much manually, we now have a setup that is more structured, easier to run, and much less likely to create booking mistakes.
